Changes and returns.
The exchange and return policy only applies to products purchased through our official website: www.blombrand.com.
1.1 DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product is defective, you must contact hola@blombrand.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include an image of the defect; this way, we can verify that the product has a real defect.
If you need to return the product to our warehouse for a replacement, Blom will cover the shipping costs. Once we verify that the product is defective, we will replace the product for the affected customer.
1.2 WRONG ORDER
If you receive an order that doesn't match what you purchased, please contact hola@blombrand.com within 30 days of receiving it and send us an image showing everything you received and proof of payment and shipping. We will verify the contents and offer you a solution.
If you need to return the product to the warehouse, Blom will cover the shipping costs. As soon as the order is verified as incorrect, a replacement will be issued to the affected customer.
The product must not have been used.
1.3 ORDER CHANGES OR RETURNS
To make exchanges or returns, the customer must contact us via WhatsApp (symbol that appears on our website) or by email at hola@blombrand.com so we can send a transport agency to collect the package. This process has no cost to the customer. The deadline to request exchanges or returns is 30 days from receipt of the order. The first exchange or return is free for a customer on all orders within a 6-month period. This means that if a customer has made a free exchange or return of an order, the costs of exchanges and returns will be borne by the customer within the following 6 months.
The product must not have been used.

1.4 DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING THE REFUND
Once the package has been returned to our warehouse, it will be processed and the return will be approved. The product must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the order, must be unused, and must be in its original box with the case and any other accompanying items.
If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund of the product price within 5 business days of receiving and verifying your order. You will be notified of the transaction by email. Once the refund is issued, you can expect it to take 5-10 business days to process.
